When ordering a product from our website using an online payment option such as payment by credit card, the payment is conducted on the online payment system of the third party payment service provider. In that case, any payment information provided is with the third party payment service provider. No payment information is stored on our systems. When ordering a product from our website using an online payment option, all terms and conditions of the third party payment service provider are applicable.

Shipping

Shipping is only within Switzerland. No shipping is offered to any other country than Switzerland.

We do our best to secure safe shipping of all of our products. However, plants and pots are fragile and in unfortunate circumstances may arrive broken or damaged. In such a case, please take a picture within 3 days of receiving it and send us an email along with the order number, additional information and the pictures taken.
